Abstract. Analysis
of the instrumental observation results of electric field and microvariations
of atmosphere pressure in the ground atmosphere during heavy thunderstorms in
the Moscow city for
the period 2014−2016 was carried out. It
is shown that storm-cloud arrival is forestalled by variations
of electric field strength, internal gravity waves and
increased magnitudes of impedance acoustic correlation. More high-frequency (~
1 min) variations of the electric field and increased turbulization
of atmosphere are observed after arrival of cold atmospheric
front also during period of thunderstorm phenomena. Wind motions in atmosphere
practically absent and internal gravity waves are observed
at the final stage of the phenomena. The period of electric
field variations increased up to ~ 15 min
at the same time.
